IBM is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its internal technology infrastructure team in Bangalore, primarily aligned with supporting the IBM Finance organization. In this internal helpdesk and desktop engineering role, you will hold complete responsibility for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and technical repair of workspace environments utilized by IBM employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities will span cross-platform operating system troubleshooting, mobile device management, hardware provisioning, OS reimaging, software migrations, and local/remote network connectivity resolution. You will systematically trace hardware/software faults, document resolution steps in an active knowledge base, and collaborate within a rotational framework to ensure optimal internal workspace availability.
